never go home

I can’t believe it has been a week since the festival!  It was a good music festival group with B-rad, Dr H., and (man of mystery) Eric attending.  The music was great with M.I.A., Steve Earle, Yo La Tengo (even in a noon time slot), the Decemberists, Wilco, and Zap Mama being some of the highlights.  I only met one Texan I didn’t like (and still have a bruise to show for it) but otherwise, I am always amazed how smoothly the festival usually goes given how many people attend.  Oh, there was that fire that was blazing before I even entered the gates but it was put out and everyone was okay in the end.  You can check out Dr H’s recap and photos or my little flickr set for more visual evidence.
