never go home

We had a great weekend hanging out with former library grad students who all converged in NC for a weekend of goodbye/engagement/housewarming parties. The Cupcakes returned from their engagement island with surprising news of an adoption (stay tuned on their blogs, I am sure it will be discussed). Miles approved of Sammie who is still deciding if she has found her “forever home” or not. She has the same energy as Miles but is more Bert’s size with super soft fur. We hope we get to see her again.Now I am off to Atlanta as I near my last official day of work. I am driving my company car and passing it off to the next lucky employee. Goodbye Volvo S60, I hardly knew you.
