never go home

I drove over 4 hours today for work…about 30 minutes less than the total time I spent at the school where I was working. I will be in the car for a similar amount of time tomorrow as I head into the mountains of Virginia with a stop in Greensboro and/or Winston Salem. Podcasts are my friends. In other news, Ellen is on Spring Break and was inspired to cook a fancy tart with a crust made out of slices of potato cooked in a springform pan with cheese and spinach filling (along with many fresh herbs). Hopefully she’ll post a photo on her site because it was pretty and yummy.
