I have been a bad blogger. Things have been a bit crazy with work and now I spend my weekends lounging in our big new king-sized bed. It isn’t New Year’s yet but I resolve to take more photos and blog on a more regular basis. Now as I sit here, trying to remember what has happened since I got back from Austin, my mind is blank. I know I went to several different campuses with work. I got a glimpse of Fall when I drove into the mountains of Virginia following some crazy Mapquest directions which lead me down some scenic (slow) roads and over the Blue Ridge Parkway. So what’s in store over the next couple of weeks?
1. Work trips (NJ, PA, MD, SC, NC, VA)
2. Hedy & family are coming to visit from Colorado (we may show them some of our “mountains”) on Thursday
3. Amy Sedaris is coming to Durham (thanks to Angela, we were reminded and we got our tickets today)
4. We will see Joanna Newsom who is finally playing a show nearish to us (Greensboro) in November!
